(If you want to learn about specialties of Northern Thai food, you're welcome for a private class. The cost is 4,000 THB / 1 person. (Khang Hanh Lae, Chiangmai Noodle, Chiangmai Sausage, Nam Prik Ong and etc.) and shuold be booking 1 week before the class please.)

Visiting the local market is an essential part of our cooking class. We will explain you about different types of rice, seasonings, curry pastes and how to make fresh coconut milk. Not all produce might be easily available in your country, so we explain what substitutes you might use.
