Since I was a young girl, I've always helped my mom in the kitchen. She would let me cut the vegetables, slice the meat and flavor the dishes as well. Over the years she taught me her tips and tricks and also told me the secret ingredients, some of which I might share with you! My mom was and still is my best teacher and we would be delighted to welcome you in our class!

She loves cooking and never gets tired of doing so. She always planted some herbs and vegetables in the garden and used them to cook for us all. Not only does she loves to cook for family and friends, she always cooked for neighbors as well :-). She always supports me for everything including the "me&mom cooking school". Prior to moving to Chiang Mai she was the head chef of Renu restaurant in Mae Sariang, specialized in traditional Thai dishes, for over 30 years.

 You will learn how to cook by preparing the dishes yourself,  so be prepared to cut, chop and fry. Practical experience is the best way to learn the art of Thai cuisine and therefore everyone will have their own work station to work with their own ingredients and prepare their individual dishes. We'd  like to welcome you to one of the best cuisines in the world    and offer you the opportunity to prepare our country's delicious dishes yourself.
